Pricing questions.
Do I need an account to use the free plan?
No. The free plan works on your device without an account, a cloud subscription or an internet connection.
Are these prices final?
No. Soffen AI is in early access and pricing will be finalised after we validate costs with real stores. Existing users will get advance notice before any change.
Do forecasts work on the free plan?
Yes. Basic stockout forecasts and reorder recommendations — with their reasoning — are included. Pro adds advanced forecasting, supplier intelligence and the AI assistant.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your data stays on your device. Moving from Pro back to Free never deletes your products, sales history or orders.
When will Business features be available?
Multiple stores, team roles and cloud sync are planned for a later release. They are marked “Planned” until they ship.
