Soffen AI provides inventory management, sales tracking, supplier and purchase order tools, reports, and forecasting features that estimate demand, stockouts and order quantities. Features may change during early access.

Forecasts, confidence levels and recommendations are statistical estimates based on the data available in your store. They are not guarantees. Actual demand, supplier lead times and outcomes may differ.

You remain responsible for your purchasing, pricing and stock decisions. Soffen AI does not place orders or change prices on your behalf without your explicit action.

You own the data you enter into Soffen AI. By default it is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of your device data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

• Use Soffen AI only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or website.
• Pharmacies and other regulated retailers remain responsible for complying with the rules that apply to them.

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans, when offered, will be billed as described at the time of purchase. Early-access prices are placeholders; we will give advance notice of any change that affects you.

We aim to keep Soffen AI reliable, but the service is provided “as is” during early access. We may add, change or remove features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.

To the extent permitted by law, Soffen AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or excess stock resulting from decisions made using forecasts or recommendations.
